Deacon Brody, based in the North West of England, are a three piece band with their roots truly buried in fast, energetic indie rock. Their live show is a whirlwind of energy, featuring original songs with catchy vocal hooks and intricate guitar riffs, backed by toe tapping bass guitar and drum rhythms. From their first debut in 2017, the band has come a long way and achieved notable successes. The band have taken their show to many venues of prestige and fame across the North of England. These include performances at The Deaf Institute and Night And Day in Manchester, venues notable for good reputations of staging exciting bands playing original music. Deacon Brody have also played to packed out audiences at Headrow House in Leeds and EBGBS in Liverpool, truly establishing themselves as a band dedicated to taking their live show out to different audiences.

Deacon Brody have proven themselves against some of the UK's best emerging talent placing second at the Finals of Indie Week UK. Claiming a fiercely contended second place, the band showed their stage show can stand out against those of the pick of the crop of unsigned original bands in the North. 2018 saw Deacon Brody perform at Manchester Academy 2, to a sold out crowd along side indie rock masters King No-One and Saytr Play, as well as headline shows at Manchester Academy 3 and Club Academy. Music is available in all major music streaming platforms, as the band have released 2 EPs to date and have recorded a third which is set to be released on 9th March 2019.

The bands two singles “Hey To The River” and “Repair” both received radio airplay on BBC Radio Lancashire and continue to be crowd favourites at live shows. The new EP is to be released at an eagerly anticipated launch party at Retro, on Sackville Street in Manchester.
